The OnCue™ Home Generator Management System is designed to let you see and manage your generator system easily, no matter where you are in the world. OnCue connects a computer to the home generator, creating two-way communication between the owner and the generator. When cued, the system sends a message directly-- via SMS text or email to any computer, PDA or mobile phone--to communicate generator start up or system faults.

OnCue also allows the homeowner and/or the generator service provider to log in from anywhere in the world to:

• View real-time status of generator operation
• Observe and/or clear any diagnostic fault codes
• Review a time-stamped history of faults and clearing of faults
• Start and stop the generator

Many owners have these outgoing messages routed to their Kohler dealer. We can assess the nature of the fault code and visit the home to inspect and service the generator. In some cases, we may simply clear the fault code and restart the generator without having to make a service call.
